Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. All orders placed on Monday through Friday, excluding German holidays, will be processed the same day. Depending on product availability and payment verification, orders will be shipped within the next 2 working days. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays, will be processed the following business day.

EU Shipments: 5–7 business days
Non-EU Shipments: 6–12 business days

Tracking of Shipment
You will receive an email notification about the shipping status of your order.
Germany: 3.99€ for orders under 79.99€. Free shipping starts from 80€.
Rest of European Union: 5.50€ for orders under 79.99€ / Free Shipping on orders over 80€.
Non-European Union: 8.50€ for orders under 79.99€ / Free Shipping on orders over 80€.
Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout depending on the shipping address, and total order cost.
Notabag is not responsible for any import fees or duties on international orders. Please contact your country’s customs office to calculate import cost. All orders are shipped to the address provided to us during the online purchase. Notabag is not responsible for failed shipments due to the wrong address. If your order is returned to us due to a wrong shipping address, we will notify you and gladly resend it to you at additional shipping cost.
Unfortunately, due to current global circumstances and logistical challenges, we are unable to ship to certain countries at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience and understand that this may cause disappointment for our customers in those areas.

Notabag provides for the option of cancelling a purchase contract within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the order, without having to give a reason, provided that the product has not been used or damaged. In the case of an order that includes several products to be delivered separately, the return period shall begin on the date of actual receipt of the last item in the order.
It is not possible to modify your order once it’s placed, but you have the right to return the products once they are received.
If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation you must notify us by sending a clear and concise statement to that effect through an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You may use the following cancellation form if you wish, but it is not compulsory.
Returns are accepted for unused products up to 14 days from the day you receive your products. Once we receive the products we will refund the price you paid for the product, not including delivery costs. All amounts reimbursed shall be paid by the same means of payment as was used to make the purchase.
In order to initiate a return, simply email us at email@example.com for instructions.
You must return the products (you need to pay for returning goods) in question within fourteen (14) calendar days counting from the date on which you notified us of your desire to return the article or articles.
