Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. All orders placed on Monday through Friday, excluding German holidays, will be processed the same day. Depending on product availability and payment verification, orders will be shipped within the next 2 working days. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays, will be processed the following business day.

Returns for EU:
Returns are accepted for unused products up to 14 days from the day you receive your products. We'll refund the price you paid for the product, without the shipping costs. To initiate a return, simply email us at info@notabag.com or instructions.

Returns are accepted up to 14 days after original purchase date for unused products. We can refund the price you paid for the product, without the shipping costs. In order to initiate a return, simply email us at info@notabag.us for instructions. Please make sure that the returned Notabag products are carefully wrapped and that you provide us with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost returned products.
