Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. All orders placed on Monday through Friday, excluding German holidays, will be processed the same day. Depending on product availability and payment verification, orders will be shipped within the next 2 working days. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays, will be processed the following business day.
In most cases, we offer two shipping options:
1. DPD trackable parcel shipping.
2. Standard non-trackable shipping via Deutsche Post.
Please be aware that this shipping method CANNOT BE TRACKED.

DPD Shipping is used for all order of 2+ Notabags.
Shipping outside Germany
1-2 Notabags: 5.00 EUR
2-9 Notabags: 10.00 EUR
10-20 Notabags: 20.00 EUR
Notabag is not responsible for any import fees or duties on international orders. Please contact your country’s customs office to calculate import cost. All orders are shipped to the address provided to us during the online purchase. Notabag is not responsible for failed shipments due to the wrong address. If your order is returned to us due to a wrong shipping address, we will notify you and gladly resend it to you at additional shipping cost.
Returns are accepted up to 14 days after original purchase date for unused products. We can refund the price you paid for the product, without the shipping costs. In order to initiate a return, simply email us at email@example.com for instructions. Please make sure that the returned Notabag products are carefully wrapped and that you provide us with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost returned products.
