• The minimum order value for your first order is 300 Euros.
  
• The minimum order value for reorders in our B2B platform is 200 Euros.

For the first two orders, we require prepayment via bank transfer. From the 3rd one, invoices must be paid within 15 days of the invoice date. You willl receive the invoice by e-mail once your order has been accepted.

The VAT is added to the total price at checkout, even for orders outside of Germany.

Please note that if you're customer outside of Germany and have a valid VAT number, these taxes will be deducted from your final invoice.

Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout based on the shipping address and the total cost / weight of the items. 

Germany: Free shipping starts from 600€/net.
Belgium: Free shipping starts from 600€/net.
Luxembourg: Free shipping starts from 700€/net.
Netherlands: Free shipping starts from 600€/net.
Italy: Free shipping starts from 600€/net.
Austria: Free shipping starts from 500€/net.
Portugal: Free shipping starts from 600€/net.
Rest: Shipping & handling costs will be calculated based on destination, volume and import.

The delivery time will depend on the country of destination and the volume of the order. It should take between 2-10 days for the order to arrive. You can always track your order.

Once the order has been transferred to the carrier, you will receive tracking information via email within 24-48 hours. You can use also this link to track your order.
