B2B Sales Manager — Full Time

Notabag is looking for a full-time B2B Sales Manager to join our team in Frankfurt.
This is not just a sales role. It is an opportunity to actively shape how Notabag grows. You will take ownership in pursuing our sales strategy, strengthen existing partnerships, and open new doors internationally.
We are looking for someone who understands what we stand for. Someone who sees sales not as pushing products, but as building meaningful, long-term relationships and growing a brand with purpose.

Your Role
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development and execution of our growth strategy
- Identifying new sales channels and expanding existing ones
- Managing and growing relationships with existing clients
- Proactively acquiring new retail and distribution partners
- Defining and implementing KPIs, tracking performance and creating regular reports
- Representing Notabag at international trade shows as a true brand ambassador
- Strengthening Notabag's market presence globally
What You Bring
You combine commercial thinking with brand sensitivity.
- Professional fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
- 2+ years of sales experience in design, lifestyle or consumer goods
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word and CRM systems
- Clear, persuasive and friendly communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality
