Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. All orders placed on Monday through Friday, excluding German holidays, will be processed the same day. Depending on product availability and payment verification, orders will be shipped within the next 2 working days. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays, will be processed the following business day.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout depending on the shipping address, and total order cost. 

Germany:  3.50€ for orders under 24.95€. Free shipping starts from 24.95€.

Rest of European Union: 5.50€ for orders under 45€ / Free shipping on orders over 45€. 

Non-European Union Countries: 8.50€ for orders under 50€ / Free shipping on orders over 75€.

Returns

Returns are accepted for unused products up to 14 days from the day you receive your products. We'll refund the price you paid for the product, without the shipping costs. To initiate a return, simply email us at info@notabag.com for instructions.
