Orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding German public holidays, are usually processed the same day. Depending on product availability and payment verification, orders are typically shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping and freight-related costs apply and will be added to the invoice during processing. Any special shipping instructions should be shared when placing the order.
In the unlikely event of damage during transit, the Business Partner is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.
Notabag arranges delivery of the goods, while all shipping-related costs remain the responsibility of the Business Partner. If shipping is arranged by the Business Partner, responsibility and risk transfer once the goods are handed over to the designated carrier.

Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout based on the shipping address and the total cost / weight of the items.

Austria: Free shipping starts from 500€/net.

Rest: Shipping & handling costs will be calculated based on destination, volume and import.
Notabag is not responsible for any import fees or duties on international orders. Please contact your country’s customs office to calculate import cost. All orders are shipped to the address provided to us during the online purchase. Notabag is not responsible for failed shipments due to the wrong address. If your order is returned to us due to a wrong shipping address, we will notify you and gladly resend it to you at additional shipping cost.
All claims for exchanges or returns of Notabag products must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. The Business Partner must submit the damage evidence and photos to sales@notabag.com in order to file a claim. The Business Partner is responsible for reporting/filing claims on behalf of their customer. No returns are accepted without authorization from a Notabag representative. It is the responsibility of the Business Partner to inspect upon receipt, that all merchandise delivered reflects exactly the items purchased and invoiced. Notabag will not accept returns for Notabag Products that have been specifically made for or have been tailored to personal needs of a Business Partner or a customer of the Business Partner. The Business Partner may only return the goods if:
- They do not materially comply with the order or,
- The product has a fault.
